Due to John's exceptionally busy schedule, and the huge amount of fan mail he is receiving, there is a major back log of photos to be signed and mail to be answered. John apologises for this, so please bear with him.
Additionally, PLEASE do not send items (e.g. CDS etc.,) asking that John sign and return them. We simply aren't set up for that.
John signs and returns autograph requests during breaks in his hectic schedule. This may result in a substantial delay in response.

Please note that if you live outside the UK, we advise you to contact your local post office and ask them the best way to handle postage.
International coupons are probably the best method and can be obtained from any post office, if an appropriately priced coupon is posted with a self stamped addressed envelope, we will try to get all international fan mail to John as quickly as we can.

Other sites and pages are run by fans and, while appreciated in their support for John, are not endorsed by him. With his very full schedule, much as he would like to have time to spend connecting with his fans online, John simply doesn't have the time.
Anyone actually claiming to be John on one of these sites, quite simply isn't, regardless of any "proof" they might offer. If you do come across anyone claiming to be John on such a site and pretending they are him, please copy the conversation and alert the respective site (Facebook, Bebo, Myspace, etc) and alert the webmaster (webmaster@johnbarrowman.com).
